To guide its strategic orientation, ENNDA developed this 2023-2027 Strategic Plan. The plan outlines the key priority areas and interventions aimed at harnessing basin’s resources and potential to foster socio-economic growth and sustainable livelihoods across the region. It focuses on four key goals around sustainable natural resource utilization, socio-economic development, financial stability, and efficient service delivery. Overall, ENNDA plays a pivotal role in cultivating the vast natural resource base within the Ewaso Ng’iro North Basin towards creating positive impacts on the resident communities.
